Bichectomy is performed using three enzymes: 

1. LIPASE: responsible for emulsifying, liquefying, and eliminating localized facial fat
2. COLLAGENASE: eliminates senile, damaged, fibrotic collagen and replaces it with youthful, renewed collagen to restore the skin’s tensile strength, eliminate flaccidity, and achieve an extraordinary skin tone. In addition, collagen is a protein that is part of the extracellular matrix and acts as support and anchoring tissue; therefore, the skin and ligaments attach to deeper structures and the facial oval becomes more defined.
3. HYALURONIDASE: helps drain, extract, and remove fluids and cellular debris to improve the penetration of products or active ingredients; it also renews the skin's own hyaluronic acid, resulting in smoother, softer, more hydrated, and more beautiful skin.
